Rise-N-Shine Cafe

Last week I had breakfast at a new place in town, the Rise-N-Shine Cafe.  The food, while slightly more expensive than what I was expecting, was excellent.  I had the Roasted Potato Bowl. The eggs were very fresh with a nice orangy-yellow yolk.  I love a good fresh egg.

They've only been open for a couple of months at most, and there were plenty customers.  I arrived at 8AM and easily found a table, but by the time I left around nine, the joint was jumping.
